Slowlymade icecream.

Four flavors. Four single-origin stories. Churned in copper, scooped by hand, served in a waffle cone you can actually hear crack.

Strawberry

Tasting Notes

Sun-ripened strawberries from a single Andalusian field, folded into Jersey cream churned within hours of milking. Bright, jammy, unmistakably summer.

  • Fresh strawberry
  • Jersey cream
  • Cane sugar
  • A whisper of vanilla
Chocolate

Tasting Notes

Single-origin Madagascan cacao slow-conched for 36 hours, then folded with cocoa nibs and a hush of fleur de sel. Deep, decadent, almost wine-like.

  • 72% Madagascan cacao
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Fleur de sel
  • Brown butter
Pistachio

Tasting Notes

Bronte pistachios from the volcanic slopes of Etna, ground fresh and steeped overnight. Earthy, savoury, faintly floral — the way pistachio is meant to be.

  • Bronte pistachio paste
  • Brown sugar
  • Sea salt
  • A drop of orange-blossom
Caramel

Tasting Notes

Raw cane sugar caramelised dark in a copper pot, finished with cultured butter and grey salt. Velvet, smoke, and the long warmth of slow afternoons.

  • Caramelised cane sugar
  • Cultured butter
  • Grey sea salt
  • Vanilla bean

The Practice

We make four flavors, and we make them very, very well.Every batch is churned the morning it's served, in copper pots small enough to know by name.
